Site survey and indicative pricing are free anywhere inside Dhaka. A detailed, line-by-line BOQ follows once the layout is agreed.
A typical three-bedroom apartment runs eight to twelve weeks from approved drawings, depending on the joinery involved and material lead times.
It depends on scope and finish level. As a starting point, full residential fit-out begins around ৳1,800 per square foot. We put a written figure against your actual space after a site visit.
Yes. We take projects across Bangladesh; travel and logistics are quoted separately and shown as a line in the BOQ.
Everything we fabricate carries a written warranty on the workmanship. Hardware and appliances carry their manufacturer warranty, which we register for you.
You can. We are happy to design and supply while another team handles civil work, though most clients find a single point of accountability cheaper and faster overall.
